By accessing our site (www.thegrazinggrove.com.au) and/or purchasing our products, you are agreeing to be bound by and comply with all of our terms & conditions.
Our boxes must be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery. They must be kept out of direct sunlight. Once the box has been delivered, the customer takes full responsibility for upholding food safety and following the guidelines we have provided. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any food allergies before placing an order. Our products may contain nuts, gluten, dairy and soy products and there is a high risk of cross contamination, anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products or do so at their own risk.
All produce is subject to availability. Each box we make is unique depending on stock and seasonability. The Grazing Grove reserves the right to substitute items that are not available, even if they have been requested. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
If you would like to cancel your order with 10 business days or more until delivery, a full refund can be made. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to be processed and the funds to show in your bank account. Cancellations made 10 business days or less before scheduled date will be issued a non-transferrable credit to be used at a later date. For cancellations made 3 business days or less before scheduled date, The Grazing Grove will retain the full amount paid.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, The Grazing Grove will not under any circumstances be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages to any client, supplier, person or property arising from the use of our site, services or products.
You may link to our site or mention our brand name, provided that you do so in a manner that is reasonable, legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You acknowledge that copyright and intellectual property rights protect the material on this Site. Unless otherwise stated, all materials (including but without limitation: logos, images, text, brand names, product names, designs, graphics and other materials that appear as part of our site) are copyrights and intellectual property whether registered or unregistered, owned, licensed and controlled by The Grazing Grove.
At The Grazing Grove we deliver to all suburbs on the Northern Beaches for a flat rate of $10. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order.
We will do our best to make sure that your order arrives at the requested time, however please understand that occasionally circumstances out of our control may occur and the customer will be contacted promptly if an order is delayed.
If you order a box for yourself or for a friend, you must make sure someone will be home to accept the delivery at the agreed upon delivery time.
If the recipient is unable to accept a delivery at the specified address, if it is safe to do so, the order may be left on the property at our discretion. Please note that in this situation we will not be responsible for the condition of the food as it is the customers responsibility to attend to the box within the agreed upon delivery time.
Our boxes should be consumed or refrigerated within two hours of delivery and we are not responsible for any consequences should the customer neglect to follow this advice.
If there is no safe place to leave the box and we can not contact the customer, the box will be returned to The Grazing Grove and will need to be picked up that day by the customer. If the box is not picked up by the end of the day it will be forfeited and no refunds will be given. If the customer requires the box to be redelivered, a redelivery fee will be applied. This fee may include the cost to replace items to ensure the product delivered in good condition.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, The Grazing Grove does not accept any responsibility for any incorrect deliveries, as it is the customers responsibility to ensure sufficient delivery details are provided. If the customer is choosing to send the delivery to a business, they must make sure the business name as well as the address is provided and that the delivery time falls within the business opening hours. The Grazing Grove does not accept any responsibility for failed deliveries due to insufficient delivery information or closed businesses.
The Grazing Grove sells alcohol under the NSW Liquor & Gaming regulations. The alcohol must be delivered only to another adult (18 +) who is not the purchaser, and will be packaged and presented as a gift, with a personalised message & card. The alcohol will not exceed over two litres. Please ensure when ordering alcohol as a gift that the recipient is aged 18+.
